I ran into a situation with my Jeep while vacationing up in Lisbon and I cannot thank your team enough especially Joe Monahan and Kevin. The willingness and promptness these guys portrayed and performed is nothing short of outstanding customer service and should be acknowledged. As a business owner I appreciate employees and people in general that go out of their way to help others and these guys did just that. I have made many vehicle purchases and have dealt with many dealer service departments and I am still just amazed at the effort these guys put in to help my family and I without an appointment no less.
