Are there any hidden or surprise fees?

No surprises here. We build all dealership fees into our advertised pricing so you know what to expect upfront. Taxes, title, and registration are additional since they vary based on where you live, but we’ll review everything clearly before you finalize your purchase.

Can you help me get financed if my credit isn’t great?

Yes. We work with a wide network of lenders to help customers in all types of credit situations. Whether your credit is excellent, rebuilding, or somewhere in between, we’ll help find financing options that work for you.

Do you offer any specials, discounts or incentives?

At Crosstown we regularly feature:

  • Dealer discounts
  • Manufacturer rebates and incentives
  • Lease offers
  • Competitive pricing on pre-owned vehicles

Every purchase includes our BIG Deal Plus+ maintenance program, giving you added value and benefits at no extra cost.

Will I get a good deal?

Yes, that’s our goal every time. We price our vehicles using current market data to stay competitive, so you’re getting a fair value from the start.

If you’ve been shopping around and have another offer, bring it with you, we’re happy to review it and will do our best to match or beat it. We want you to feel confident in your decision and love your deal as much as you love your new vehicle!

What’s the difference between leasing and financing?

Leasing lets you drive a new vehicle for a set term while paying for the portion you use. Financing means you’re paying toward ownership over time, with the goal of eventually owning the vehicle.

How do I choose between leasing and financing?

It depends on your driving habits and what you’re looking for long-term.

Leasing may be a good fit if you:

  • Want lower monthly payments
  • Like upgrading to a newer vehicle every few years
  • Drive less and can stay within mileage limits

Financing may be a good option if you:

  • Plan to keep your vehicle for a long time
  • Want to build equity and ownership
  • Drive a lot and/or don’t want to worry about mileage limits

Not sure which option is right? Our team will walk you through both and help you decide what makes the most sense.
